1 Data controller

2.1 Information you provide directly
- Registration data: name, email address, phone number and company name.
- Payment data: processed securely through Stripe. WIT does not store credit card data.
- Communications: messages sent through contact forms, email or WhatsApp.
2.2 Data generated by use of the service
- Survey data: NPS, CSAT, CES responses and open comments from your end customers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used and session activity.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system and device identifiers.
- Review data: Google Business Profile reviews synchronized with your account.
2.3 Data from your end customers
WIT acts as a data processor for the data of your end customers, such as phone numbers and survey responses. As the business using WIT, you are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis for collecting and processing that data.
3 Purpose of processing
We use data to provide the service, create and manage accounts, process surveys, generate dashboards, perform AI analysis, manage billing, send service communications, provide technical support, improve the platform and comply with legal obligations.
